Fluent Media Production will present a bid for any project that is presented to us at no charge to the client. While each project is budgeted on a individual basis, for the most part out rates are as follows: Consulting  on projects that we do not produce is billed at $75.00 per hour. Developing a project from storyboard to final product  on a hrly basis is $125.00 for Leaders time  $60 to $80.00 per hr for assistants in creating sets, storyboards, scripts, special effects, ect. A Flat rate of $1000.00 per finished minute for projects that are not on a hourly rate.
